The foods you eat on a daily basis have a tremendous impact on your overall health. If you eat all-natural, health-giving foods, your body will be healthier, If you eat junk, your physical health will suffer. Remember that your body’s only source for its building materials is the food that goes into your mouth.
Food is not simply an energy source for the body. Each piece of food you put into your mouth contains hundreds or thousands of individual chemicals that influence a wide range of functions in your body, including your metabolic rate, immune function, emotional state and your body weight.
You are what you eat. Eat whole foods and not fake foods. Remember, if it didn’t have a mother or grow in the ground, it’s not food.
